Reko Global Services LLC is a global provider of total tooling management services including the complete design and build of new tooling from prototype to production molds. In December 2010 Reko International Group entered in a joint venture with ToolCare US International, LLC forming under the new company Reko Global Services, LLC , based in a new state of the art NAFTA facility located in Auburn, Alabama. Located in the heart of the industrialized Southeast, Reko Global Service LLC has managed an established network of strategic partners in North America, Europe, and Asia. This allows Reko Global Services LLC to provide global manufacturing and service designed for geographic proximity, multiple location consistency and low cost country support and technology.

Quality Assurance

An emphasis on quality goes into every mold that we manufacture. Project quality is assured through our quality control system, which includes shop practice standards, in-process verifications, and final inspection. Reko Global Services LLC International's experienced process technicians ensure that molds run smoothly and efficiently before shipping, and we offer the option to provide sample or pilot runs for our clients to ensure mold functionality and that parts are produced exactly to spec before the product is delivered.  Charts and regular progress updates are available throughout the manufacturing process to keep clients updated on progress.
